European Chef Knife
This is a classic European style chef knife. It is weighted as a main working knife and feels wonderful in the hand. The blade exhibits beautiful banding in the quench-zones and it is fitted with some nice dark desert ironwood handles that have been detail carved for better grip and control.
The overall length of this knife is 13.75" and it is has a 9" blade forged-to-shape out of 3/16"-thick 1095 high carbon tool steel.
